Q2: What is your delivery time?
7-15 days, depending on the order quantity and product process.
Q3: What is the mode of transportation?
Most of the goods are shipped by international air express companies such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT. Usually takes about 3-5 working days (door-to-door service). We can also arrange sea freight.
Q3: What are your payment terms?
Regularly make 30%, 50% deposits, and 50%, 70% balances through T/T, Western Union, and PayPal. Other payment terms can also be discussed based on our cooperation.
Q4: I want to keep our design confidential. Can we sign an NDA?
Of course, we will not showcase any of our clients’ designs or displays to others, and we can sign an NDA.
Q5: I have never been to China before. Can you be my guide in China?
We are happy to provide you with one-stop services, such as booking flights, airport pick-up, hotel reservations, accompanying visits to markets or factories.
